We build VARGO titanium bicycles to last, and we stand behind the craftsmanship of every frame we make.

Limited Lifetime Frame Coverage

VARGO warrants the titanium bicycle frame to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the frame.

If your VARGO frame develops a covered defect under normal and intended use, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the frame at no charge. If the original model is no longer available, we may replace it with the closest comparable model available.

What’s Covered

This Limited Lifetime Guarantee covers manufacturing defects in the VARGO titanium frame, including defects related to the frame tubing, 3D-printed titanium components, welds, bonding, and workmanship.

What’s Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear; cosmetic changes such as scratches, discoloration, or surface marks; damage caused by crashes, accidents, impacts, misuse, neglect, improper assembly or maintenance, modifications, or use outside the bicycle's intended purpose.

Components such as forks, wheels, drivetrains, brakes, bearings, and other third-party parts are not covered by the VARGO Limited Lifetime Frame Guarantee and are subject to the warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.

Original Owner

The Limited Lifetime Frame Guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase may be required when submitting a warranty claim.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your frame has a manufacturing defect, contact VARGO with your proof of purchase, bicycle serial number, a description of the issue, and photographs showing the affected area. We will review your claim and work with you to determine the appropriate solution.
